UNDER 25 renters are charged an extra fee of 32.10 EUR per day, with a maximum of 321 EUR (VAT incl.) per rental. No maximum age applies.
DURATION OF RENTAL 30 DAYS MAXIMUM PER RENTAL
MILEAGE CHARGE For Domestic rentals mileage will be limited to 250km per day up to 20 days. 21 day + will be charged at 150km per day.
GRACE PERIOD The invoiced rental duration is calculated by entire periods of 24 hours, with 29 minutes of grace period.
Beyond this grace period, an additional day will be invoiced at local rate.
EXTENSION Only possible on a pay locally basis.
The extension must be authorized by the rental location at least 48 hours before the initial rental end date.

SERVICE OUT OF HOURS Out of hours are on request from most locations.
In case of non return within the opening times, the customer is responsible for the car until the location opens.
Cost usually is 38.13€ VAT incl. for the 1st hour, and 76.26€ beyond.
DRIVING LICENSE
REQUIREMENTS		 All valid types in roman alphabet must be in renter's name and first name (Greek driving licenses in EU format Ok)
Originals only are accepted. Must have been held for at least one full year
International driving license only valid if presented with domestic driving license.
Original Chinese driving license is accepted but only with a document certified by a notary.
The customer must provide either an identity card or a passport, and a local telephone number, this can be a mobile number. Due to an increased theft risk, a proof of home address will be required from all domestic renters (French residents only) at time of rental. (mobile phone invoice is a valid proof)
CROSS BORDER Rental cars are only covered in the following countries : France, Austria, Belgium, Germany, Danemark, Spain, Andorra, Finland, Great-Britain, Italy, San Marino, Liechtenstein, Luxemburg, Norway, Netherlands, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Monaco
Cars taken into Corsica must be returned to Mainland.

2 deductible applies in case of responsible damages or with no identified third party or in case of theft of the vehicle
The DW option reduces the damage or theft excess.
The EP option strongly reduces the excess in case of damage o theft. EP can only be subscribed if DW is subscribed or included.
3 PW option is available if DW is declined. PW waives the responsibility of the renter on the first 1 000 € per damage or in case of theft.

OBLIGATIONS
Renter must fill in an accident report in all cases of damage or theft within 24 hours. Full deductible applies if not.
In case of theft, renter must file a complaint with the police authorities and return the receipt, car keys and car papers to the location.
AJUSTMENT
Any adjustment of the excess to real damage costs take into account the repair, and the loss of use and the administrative costs.

Roadside Assistance		 This extra coverage waives the responsibility of the renter in the following cases:
  (i) replacement or repair costs for tyres (wheels & rims excluded) except if part of a larger damage.
  (ii) repair or replacement of glasses (glass breakage) except if part of a larger damage.
This extra also covers assistance to the rented vehicle and passengers in case of accident.

BREAKDOWN OR ACCIDENT A roadside assistance is available in all countries covered by insurance in case of breakdown (free of charge) or accident (see PBA).
Even if the PBA option is subscribed, renters may have to pay locally for some services(taxi, repairs, towing,…)
The invoices for such services should be kept and presented on car return for refund.
In case of breakdow or accident, the roadside assistance may be reached by calling :
- from a fixed land line within France : the rental start location or 0800 13 12 11 (24h/24 7j/7)
- from a mobile or from abroad : + 33.1.49.93.73.61 (24h/24 7j/7)
note: at peak times, a wait of 5 minutes or more is possible.
TAX & EXTRAS VAT applies to all our services.
An extra charge is due for any rental starting from an airport or rail or premium location (39.23 € per rental as of today).
A road fee of 3.01 € per deay of rental with a maximum charge of 18.06 € per rental is due.
Road tolls or other road taxes, fines and pond or parking coses are not refunded.
PAYMENT Prepaid vouchers must be presented on rental start.
Admin costs of 45.15 € apply to the renter if voucher must be refunded once the rental is closed.

American Express, Diners Club, Visa, Mastercard - at the renter's name and surname
The credit card must be in the name of the main driver (and the same as the prepaid voucher)

Safetybelts are mandatory for all passengers.
A SAFETY KIT MADE OF ONE SAFETY JACKET AND ONE SAFETY TRIANGLE IS MANDATORY, KEPT AT HAND INSIDE THE VEHICLE
THIS KIT IS PUT IN THE CAR FREE OF CHARGE-A PENALTY FEE OF 20.07 EUR IS CHARGED TO THE RENTER IN CASE OF LOSS OR DAMAGE
BABY/CHILD SEAT OR BOOSTER ARE MANDATORY UNTIL 10.
FUEL "FULL TO FULL" POLICY APPLIES: WE DELIVER CARS WITH A FULL TANK. RENTER IS ADVISED TO RETURN WITH FULL TANK.
IF NOT POSSIBLE, TANK WILL BE COMPLETED TO FULL AT AN EXTRA COST ( about 2.90 euro per liter currently)
